Taking Political Correctness To A New Level

In the article linked to above, a black Dallas County official is trying to paint people racist for using terms like “black hole”, “angel food cake”, and “black sheep.” He then tries to compare these common terms to to saying you are “Jewing down the price” in place of “bartering.” Give me a freakin’ break. They are totally different, the latter statement actually uses the word “Jew” which can’t be confused with anything else. If those statements were really racist they would use the word “African” instead of “black”. Plus a black hole is called “black” because it looks black. You can’t see into it. You don’t know where things go that get sucked in. That is what Mayfield meant and Price damn well knows it.
So apparently we can’t use the word black anymore. I guess we should strike the color from existence cause clearly anytime you use the word black you are referring to African Americans. Is that kettle black? Nope its just reeeeally dark. Would you prefer a white car over a black one? RACIST!!! Is that a black shirt you are wearing? No its very dark gray.
People like John Wiley Price are idiots, pure and simple. Lighten up, nobody is hurting anyone by using those sayings.
